Kaki’s career is unique and hybrid. He started his career as an account executive of ADK Tokyo where he spent nearly 9 years from the account side for many brands such as Nike Japan, Mitsubishi Motors, Nissan Motors, Kirin Beer, etc. Then he joined Beacon/ Leo Burnett Tokyo in 2007 as a senior producer, gradually expanding his role into an integrated planner(experience designer), to an interactive creative director and to a creative director. He joined McCann Health in 2017 as Group Creative Director hoping to contribute to health creativity, being promoted to Executive Creative Director in 2018.

More than 300 trophies/finalists/shortlists in a row since 2007 including Cannes Lions, Clio, One Show, LIA, D&AD, New York Festivals Epica, Spikes Asia, Adfest, GOOD DESIGN AWARD, etc. Has jury careers in creative awards such as Cannes Lions 2022, LIA 2023, Spikes Asia 2022, Clio Health 2021, etc. Also is engaged in a part-time lecturer for Health Creative in Health Management Course of Keio University Graduate School.

In order to explore diverse creative possibilities that go beyond just ads, he started his own company, FOUR FEET Inc., in January 2024 as a new base of activity.
